職位職能/Responsibilities
?
This position is mainly responsible for setting up and developing business for the company:
?
· ? ? ? Set up the team for starting the business, and increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers;
?
· ? ? ? Establishing new customer projects and relationships at companies in pharmaceutical, personal care and drug delivery industries etc.
?
· ? ? ? Strengthen the brand name and drive our leadership in the marketplace by effective marketing and PR activities.
?
· ? ? ? Develop and implement sales forecasts, strategy and plans designed to achieve new business goals.
?
· ? ? ? Maintain a new business pipeline for products and services.
?
職位要求/ Requirements
?
The candidate should be:
?
· ? ? ? At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical or CRO preclinical R&D,
?
· ? ? ? Knowledge about in silico methods (PBPK, QSAR), preferably hands-on experience in using the methods
?
· ? ? ? At least 3 years working experience in management role, preferably from a start-up
?
· ? ? ? University degree in pharmacology/biomedicine/biochemistry/medical/bio IT.
?
· ? ? ? Native Chinese Speaker, Fluency in English, and excellent written communication and presentation skills;
?
· ? ? ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and articulate style.
?
· ? ? ? Positive attitude, initiative and enthusiasm.
?
· ? ? ? Strong work ethic and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
