公司概況：該私人飛機(jī)公司是某知名PE公司控股，投資規(guī)模10億元左右。業(yè)務(wù)類型：公務(wù)機(jī)租賃、托管、高端境外旅行、會(huì)所。計(jì)劃未來3-5年實(shí)現(xiàn)上市。
崗位匯報(bào)關(guān)系：直接上級(jí) Marketing director 直接下級(jí) Marketing executive
工作職責(zé)和權(quán)重：
1、Manage and coordinate marketing, PR and VIP events for the club 20%
2、Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results 5%
3、Develop and maintain good relationship with related media contact and expand media exposure 20%
4、Explore collaboration with various high end clubs and corporations to expand customer base and business opportunities 15%
5、Lead the team to develop and produce marketing promotion material and souvenirs 5%
6、Create and optimize marketing presentation materials including corporate brochure, product catalog, official website and sales presentation material 10%
7、Monitor, review and optimize new media communication content for the brand 10%
8、Conduct targeted market research, customer research and competitors information to develop related marketing plan 5%
9、Manage th e marketing expense within agreed budget 10%
崗位任職資格
基本條件
1、學(xué)歷要求
Bachelor degree above; ?MBA prefer
2、專業(yè)要求
business or marketing-related major;
3、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5+ years in marketing and PR area; 3+ years in luxury and high end consumer product area
4、職業(yè)認(rèn)證
必備知識(shí)和技能
1、專業(yè)知識(shí)
Marketing and PR knowledge; relevant experience and knowledge in travel, jet or luxury area
2、專業(yè)技能
Good command of English language; Excllent Powerpoint and Excel presentatio skills
